Beautiful Sunday, but Monday….

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

Even though the average high for this time of year has now fallen below 80 degrees, we have still been slightly below average for much of the past two weeks.

Dew points in the 50s have helped us feel very comfortable for the past few days and that will continue into Saturday night. It will be another one of those nights where there is a little bit of a chill to the air if you plan to be outside, but it will be perfect to keep the windows open and let the fresh air in.

Partly cloudy skies and low humidity will continue into Sunday, so it will be another great day to be outside. The weekend should end dry, but there will be a soggy start to the work week.

Slight rain chances will begin late Sunday night and will increase during the daylight hours on Monday, when showers will be likely. There will be plenty of moisture to work with in the atmosphere, so there is a good chance rain will be heavy at times during the day with some embedded thunder. Monday is also the only humid day in the forecast.

After Monday, we return to slightly below average temperatures and low humidity for the rest of the week. There is a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm on Tuesday, but the rest of the extended forecast will be dry with only the slight chance of a shower on Thursday.
