Eau Claire (WQOW) – A man faces charges after allegedly posting a picture and video of UW-Eau Claire’s chancellor with cross-hairs on his face.

Morgan Harman faces five counts, including making terrorist threats.

According to the criminal complaint, Harman posted the image on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.

There was also a rap song that included several references to the chancellor as well as the director and assistant director of UW-Eau Claire Housing and Residential Life.

The video was entitled “Eau Killshot.”

Harman was arrested on Wednesday on the UW-Eau Claire campus.

When told why he was being arrested, he told police that he was in violation of his first amendment rights.
