Eau Claire (WQOW) – Women got the chance to relax and network at the 16th annual Women’s Business Conference at UW-Eau Claire on Thursday.

Women in business from all over Wisconsin flocked to the event that was organized by the Western Wisconsin Women’s Business Center.

They put together a wide array of opportunities for business owners to develop ways to grow their business.

“All the good things about the Women’s Business Center into one compact day,” said Karman Briggs, director of the Women’s Business Center. “We have educational breakout sessions, we have a whole exhibit hall full of business resources, and limitless networking throughout the whole day.”

There were 500 participants, at least 100 exhibitors and 20 keynote speakers at the conference all geared toward helping develop businesses in unique ways.
