Now, Treu is being charged with a number of drug-related crimes in Rusk County – including possession of methamphetamine.

As News 18 first reported in November, there was an ongoing case there after Treu drove into a ditch and rolled his vehicle September 30, just 34 days before the fatal crash in Chippewa County.
