12/5: When Tragedy Strikes, a Community Comes Together

Chippewa Falls (SENIOR CENTER)- You are invited to personally thank the men and women of our emergency services at the upcoming ceremony in the community called, “When A Tragedy Strikes, A community Comes Together”.

The community is warmly invited to share in a ceremony to personally extend heartfelt thanks to the men and women of our Emergency Services who have devoted their lives to protecting our community. Opening prayer will begin and end the service, lighting of the trees, and echo taps will be played. Everyone is invited indoors to personally give thanks to our emergency service personnel and military while sharing a beverage and treats.

Trees have been placed outside to pay tribute to our Emergency Services, along with a center tree in remembrance of the Girl Scouts. Trees will also surround the flag honoring the branches of service.

This will be on Saturday, December 8 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chippewa Falls Senior Center on 1000 E Grand Ave.
