Virginia (CNN)- Motion alarms at a Virginia high school went haywire after a class snake made a daring escape.

School security officers responded to the alarm in a biology classroom and discovered a boa constrictor named “Buddy” was gone. News of snake-prison-break spread, sparking “hiss-teria”. A county police animal control officer responded and rounded up the slithering suspect. It was put back in its cage and some security upgrades were made. By “security upgrades,” we mean rocks, stacked on top of the cage. your move, Buddy.
