Wausau (WQOW) – A central Wisconsin trucking company is hoping to help find missing Barron County teen Jayme Closs.

Karl’s Transport and South Side Design, both of Antigo, teamed up to create a trailer to help spread the word.

Jayme Closs has been missing since October when her parents were found shot to death in their rural Barron home.

Starting Friday, the trailer below will hit the pavement spreading the word in hopes of bringing Jayme home.

Leaders at South Side Design told our sister station in Wausau the truck will make trips from coast to coast and even possibly Canada.

They say when they heard what happened to Jayme they knew they had to help.

“It’s still a hometown feel in here, when something like that happens you still want to do everything you can to bring that child home,” said Stacy Kegley, graphics manager at South Side Design.

The two companies say their goal is to bring Jayme home.

Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald told News 18 that his department received roughly 150 tips on Jayme’s disappearance over the holidays. He said all were investigated, but none of them had any substance.
