DUNN COUNTY (WQOW) - The Menomonie man accused of killing his own infant son made his initial appearance in Dunn County court Friday.
Jonathon Lucas, 28, is charged with first degree reckless homicide.
In the criminal complaint, an autopsy showed his one-and-a-half-month-old son Daemyn Lucas died of multiple brain and head injuries, including bone fractures and hemorrhages in the brain and spinal cord.
On Friday in court, Judge Rod Smeltzer said Lucas' $30,000 bail will continue.
If convicted, Lucas can face 60 years in prison.
He has a pre-trial conference scheduled for April 27.
