Minnesota man arrested for driving drunk with a kid and rolling his car

ROBERTS (WQOW) - A Minnesota man is now in custody after allegedly driving drunk and rolling his vehicle with a 9-year-old passenger.

According to a press release from the Wisconsin State Patrol, 39-year-old Jeffrey Curtis from Stillwater was arrested Sunday night after troopers responded to a rollover crash on I-94 westbound just west of Roberts.

When troopers arrived they said they could smell alcohol on Curtis. They then conducted field sobriety tests and arrested him for driving drunk with a minor in the car. The passenger was a 9-year-old boy.

There is currently no information if anyone was injured. The investigation is still ongoing.
