Kenosha (WQOW) - The Kenosha Police Department has confirmed two people have died and one is injured after a shooting during the unrest in the city.

In a statement posted Wednesday morning, officials say that on Tuesday, Aug. 25 at 11:45 p.m. they responded to reports of multiple shots fired and multiple gunshot victims.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and other sources are reporting it happened at a gas station during a clash between protesters and an armed man on the property.

Police say the investigation into the shooting is on going and are asking for witnesses to contact them.

Kenosha has seen three nights of unrest in the city following the shooting of Jacob Blake. Blake remains in the hospital, family say he is paralyzed.
