Eau Claire (WQOW) - The two alleged Latin Kings gang members accused of shooting and killing an Eau Claire man had court hearings on Monday.

Joe Moya and Juan Olivarez appeared in custody via video for Monday's hearing.

Both men's lawyers requested more time with Moya's attorney telling the judge they have volumes of evidence to examine, including four binders, 100 CDs and several flash drives.

The judge set another hearing for August 10

Moya and Olivarez are charged in the March shooting death of Edwin Garcia-Smith at an apartment on Kappus Drive.
