Chippewa County (WQOW) - A Bloomer man is facing homicide charges for allegedly providing the drugs that killed a woman last year.
Dylan Henderson, 27, is charged with 1st degree reckless homicide - deliver drugs, manufacture/deliver amphetamines and bail jumping.
According to the criminal complaint filed in Chippewa County Court:
Henderson and Breana Heuer sold meth to Zachary Dietrich in March 2019. Dietrich then used the meth with Carissa Kasmeirski who died from an overdose.
In March, Heuer came forward and said Henderson was with her during the drug sale.
Last month, authorities determined Henderson's DNA was on the bag sold to Dietrich.
Dietrich was charged with reckless homicide in connection to the case last month.
In May, Heuer was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison for her role in the death.
Henderson could spend the next 85 years in prison if convicted on all the charges. He will make his initial appearance on July 28.
Dietrich will make his initial appearance that same day.
