On Tuesday, we continued our News 18 Hometown Conversations looking at how the racism against the Ojibwe people has impacted the fabric of the history of the Northwoods. In this part two conversation with local historian, Frank Smoot, we discuss some of the more recent events from the 1970s involving hunting and fishing on the area between the Eau Claire River and Lake Superior that sparked protests.
