Altoona (WQOW)- If you're still searching for your Valentine, Cowboy Jack's Saloon in Altoona wants to help you find love.

Thursday, Cowboy Jack's is playing matchmaker and hosting its first speed dating event for $20 per ticket which includes one drink and appetizers.

Jennifer Walker, the bar manager, said the event will be hosted in the heated patio, and there will be two sessions.

The first session is at 7:30 and the other at 9:30 that night.

Walker said the first session will be for those 35 to 50 years old and the later speed dating is for those 25 to 35 years old. Each speed date is seven minutes long.

"So you'll check-in, you'll get a name card and a comment card. Everyone has each other's names on there, first name only," Walker said. "Through the event, if you like them you can check, 'yes I'd like to match with them.' If both people match with each other then we share their email addresses."

Walker said seats are limited. They're only able to fit 12 men and 12 women, and they currently have about 15 people signed up.

She said if you want to sign up you can either stop in or call the restaurant.
