Enjoy Christmas cookies and holiday music all for a good cause

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

If you are looking to get into the Christmas spirit, then be sure to check out the 8th Annual Cookie Walk Fundraiser

At the fundraiser you can find, holiday music played by orchestra students, free carnival games and crafts for children visiting the event, an instrument petting zoo with violins, violas, cellos, and basses, and a beverage table with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot apple cider, and milk for purchase. You can also score a visit with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Elves. And don't forget about the hundreds of homemade cookies for sale!

This year's event benefits all Memorial High School Orchestra students by bringing in clinicians and tutors throughout the year and allowing for more accompanists during the solo & ensemble festival in the spring. Some commissioned pieces are also being planned.

The event is being put on by the Memorial High School Orchestra. It's on Saturday, December 14, 2019, from noon to 2:30 in the Memorial High School commons (enter at doors 1 - 4). You can park along Keith Street or in the lot near Clairemont.
