Watch local roller derby while giving to a good cause

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

Chippewa Valley Roller Derby is celebrating a Decade of Derby, Saturday, December 7th with their first home bout of season 10!

For this bout, CVRD will take on the Reservoir Dolls from Madison. The Res Dolls are going to be a tough match, so it's going to be a great show for the audience.

And at each of CVRD's home bouts, they raise money for a good cause. This time they will be donating to Fierce Freedom, a local organization that helps end human trafficking. CVRD believes in giving back to the community that helps us exist!

Doors open at 5:30 Saturday, December 6th at the Eau Claire YMCA Sports Center. The bout is open to all ages. Tickets are $8 in advance or $10 at the door. There is bleacher seating available and some chair seating. Audience members can even bring their own chairs, or those 18 or older can sit right next to the track (floor only).

There will also be Lazy Monk beer available for purchase (21+), and concessions from the sports center. CVRD will also have merch available to buy, along with a 50/50 raffle throughout the bout.

If you want to join, CVRD is always recruiting, and there is no experience necessary! You will be taught everything from skating and basics to joining the ranks of the CVRD All-Stars! Just contact CVRD through Facebook or email contact@cvrderby.com.
