Dunn County authorities searching river for missing woman

Dunn County (WQOW) – Dunn County authorities have boats in the water searching for a woman last seen nearly one week ago.

Dunn County Sheriff Kevin Bygd tells News 18 Robynn Bridges was last seen on Tuesday, November 12 in Dunn County.

Her vehicle was found on Thursday evening, November 14, near the Chippewa River roughly six to eight miles south of Menomonie. That is the area crews are searching.

Sheriff Bygd said investigators have interviewed the person who last saw Bridges and while his office does not know what happened to Bridges, they are becoming more suspicious and are not ruling out homicide or suicide.

He said if you have any idea on where Bridges is, you should contact the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office at 715-232-1348 or submit a tip anonymously to Dunn County Crime Stoppers here.
