Trempealeau County (WQOW) – According to a news release from the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department, 57-year-old Jerome J. Pomeroy, of Appleton, was arrested Saturday evening for driving while intoxicated.
The report said deputies were dispatched to US Highway 53-121 near County Road W in the Village of Pigeon Falls. According to officials, Pomeroy hit two parked cars.
The arrest marked Pomeroy’s 12th OWI offense. He was also arrested on charges of a probation hold and driving on a revoked license due to a previous OWI.
