Chippewa Falls woman pleads guilty, gets probation for selling meth, heroin

Eau Claire County (WQOW) – A Chippewa Falls woman charged following a sting by the West Central Drug Task Force pleaded guilty to some of the charges against her on Friday.

Investigators said a confidential informant made four buys from Heather Gulden between March and April of last year.

Police said the informant purchased Vicodin, meth and heroin

Friday, Gulden pleaded guilty to two counts of delivering heroin and one count of delivery of meth.

Judge Emily Long sentenced Gulden to four years of probation.

She is also ordered to maintain absolute sobriety and take part in any treatment the court orders.

A six-month jail term was stayed, meaning if she lives up to the terms of the plea deal, she’ll avoid time behind bars.
