LIST: National Night Out events

Chippewa Valley (WQOW) – Tuesday night is National Night Out, an evening dedicated to building relationships between law enforcement and the community.

News 18 has compiled a list of events taking place in different communities around the area.

Eau Claire
Owen Park, 5-8 p.m.
Join us for the 25th Annual Eau Claire’s NNO! Music, Food, Games, Mascot Dance-Off, Emergency Vehicles and much more!

Altoona City Park, 5:30-8 p.m.
We are excited to announce that we are hosting our second annual National Night Out Event in 2019. This FREE event will feature food, games, prizes, and much more.

Chippewa Falls 
Northern WI State Fairgrounds, 5-7 p.m.
Join us for a fun and FREE night of interactive games, informational booths, a dunk tank, music and FUN! There will also be a flyover for the first time ever.

Oak Street, by fire department, 6 p.m
The street between the fire department and ambulance garage will be blocked off and a bouncy slide will be there instead! Bring your kids out to see the cop car, K-9, fire trucks and ambulances! Did we mention free hotdogs for everyone??? That means you don’t have to cook supper! #ParentWin

Chetek Fire and EMS building, 5-8 p.m
Emergency vehicles, meet local police, fire truck rides, bounce houses, K-9 unit, face painting, free food, music

Anderson Park, 5-7:30 p.m.
Free good, giveaways, National Guard climbing wall, K-9 demo, karate demos, bouncy house

Cedar Creek Corporation parking lot, 6-8 p.m.
Help us build a stronger, safer community by giving crime a going away party! Come out and meet local public safety organizations, enjoy some kids’ activities and food, and head over to Wilson Park to enjoy the Ludington Guard Band concert at 7:30 pm.

Lower Tarrant Park, 5-8 p.m.
This year’s event will feature a vehicle crash extrication demonstration by the Durand Fire Department and Durand Ambulance Service. The event will include free food, raffles, bouncy house, games and vehicle tours by all of your local Public Safety Entities.

Elk Mound
Elk Mound Lions Park, 6-8 p.m.

Pafko Park, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
The Boyceville Lions Club will be grilling burgers and hot dogs along with the Boyceville Community Action Club. The new Phase 2 playground equipment will be installed and ready for action.

Memorial Park, 5-7 p.m.
Free Event for the WHOLE Community! Invite your friends! Sheriff, Police, Fire & Emergency Vehicles! Something for everyone! Food, Prizes, DJ, see you there!
