According to the criminal complaint filed on Thursday, a sex offense at Angel Massage on Menomonie Street was first reported in April of 2018.

Another complainant said employees would perform sexual acts and then demand payment or threaten to release video of the person at the parlor.

That same complainant said that as many as four employees would touch him inappropriately at one point or another.

In June of this year, another person called police and said the clientele had become nearly exclusively men and that employees were wearing a uniform that looked more like lingerie than a professional uniform.

Several customers interviewed by police said the employees would perform sexual acts during massages.

On Tuesday, police searched Greer’s apartment and Angel Massage. A detective said the business was clearly doubling as living quarters. The detective said there was cooking equipment and personal items. He added the business was unsanitary and linens on massage tables were not clean. He also said there appeared to be an insect infestation because there was white powder all over the floorboards and a matching insecticide bottle.

Two employees interviewed denied any sexual touching occurred at the business. One employee said she would sometimes stay at the business, cook food there and wash herself.

If convicted on all four charges, Greer could spend 62 years in prison.
