With the world watching, special counsel Robert Mueller is now expected to testify at public hearings July 17th.
The House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees issued Mueller subpoenas Tuesday night. Democratic members are now eager to finally ask him questions about the Russia investigation. They are especially interested in the ten instances laid out in the Mueller report, where the President may have obstructed justice.
This all comes after weeks of accusing Mueller of being biased.
Mueller has previously expressed concern about testifying because he didn’t want Republicans and Democrats to make it a spectacle.
