Eau Claire firefighters ‘Fill the Boot’ to kick neuromuscular disease to the curb

Eau Claire (WQOW) – Starting Wednesday, area firefighters aren’t just fighting fires, they will help families in the fight against muscular dystrophy.

Firefighters are gathering at six Mega-Holiday locations, where you can help ‘Fill the Boot’ and kick this neuromuscular disease to the curb. The Eau Claire Fire Department is teaming up with the Minnesota Muscular Dystrophy Association to support families impacted by ALS, muscular dystrophy and other similar diseases.
