Polk Co. man pleads guilty to sexual assault & exploitation

Polk County (WQOW) – A northwest Wisconsin man, charged with allegedly sexually assaulting kids and creating child porn, has pleaded guilty so some of the charges against him.

Blake Reber, from Dresser, faces 50 felony charges.

Investigators say they found dozens of pictures and videos of child porn showing two girls, both under the age of 13.

Detectives say Reber confessed, saying he didn’t know what he was thinking and that “a demon popped out.”

Friday, he pleaded guilty to two counts of 1st degree sexual assault of a child and two counts of child sexual exploitation.

He faces a maximum penalty of 200 years in prison at his sentencing July 22.
