Child thrown from Mall of America balcony is out of critical condition

Minnesota (WQOW) – A spokesperson for the family of the child who was thrown from the third story at the Mall of America says the 5-year-old is now out of critical condition, according to KSTP in the Twin Cities.

The family hopes the child will be able to return home by June, according to KSTP. The family went on to say they are overwhelmed by the support they have received.

It was two weeks ago the boy was thrown from the third floor, allegedly by Emmanuel Deshawn Aranda, 24. He is facing attempted murder charges.
