Probation ordered for man caught with 300 marijuana plants

Barron County (WQOW) – A Barron County man charged after a major drug bust in March last year was sentenced on Friday.

Police said they found more than 300 marijuana plants on Michael Haney’s property in Comstock

The bust followed a month-long investigation.

Friday, Haney was sentenced to three years of probation with a jail sentence withheld, meaning if he breaks his deal with the court he will spend time in jail.
