One hospitalized with burns sustained in Colfax fire

Colfax (WQOW) – One person is in the hospital Sunday night because of burns sustained in a house fire.

Police and fire departments from several jurisdictions were called to the house at the corner of Viking Drive and King Olaf Court in Colfax around 8 p.m. Sunday.

Police say one person was taken to the hospital with burns and others were treated on scene for smoke inhalation.

Officials are not sure what caused the fire.
