Sex offender set for release in Ladysmith “at risk to re-offend”

Ladysmith (WQOW) – A sex offender will be released from the Department of Corrections next week and live in Ladysmith.

According to Ladysmith police, Marc J. Gross, 34, will be released on Tuesday, September 17.

He was convicted of child enticement in 2015.

Police say Gross is a convicted sex offender who may be at risk to re-offend.

Gross will live at 402 W. Fritz Avenue in Ladysmith.

Gross has the following conditions of release:

  • No contact with minors
  • No alcohol
  • No illegal narcotics
  • No entering liquor establishment
  • Cooperate with electronic monitoring
  • Register as a sex offender for life
