AAA: You will pay less at the pump this Labor Day

(WQOW) – People traveling for Labor Day can expect to pay less to fill up.

AAA said the average price at the pump is 24 cents less than Labor Day last year and prices are only expected to drop from here.

AAA predicts the cost may drop as much as 25 cents per-gallon in the next month. That is because there’s usually fewer people on the road after Labor Day and more people are shifting to winter-blend gasoline in September which is cheaper to produce.
