Body of 2-month-old girl disposed of in Kenosha field, police say

KENOSHA (WKOW) — Two people are facing criminal charges after police say the body of a 2-month-old was dumped in a Kenosha field.

Monica Adams, 21, Hezile Frison, 36, both of Kenosha, face possible charges of hiding a corpse and harboring or aiding felons.

Kenosha police first learned Wednesday night about the infant who had been missing since late last month.

The child, 2-month-old Jalisa Adams-Frison, born in May, lived with her parents in the 3700 block of 45th St. in Kenosha, according to a Kenosha Police Department news release.

Investigators determined that the baby was now dead and its body disposed in a field at 50th Street and 52nd Avenue, according to the news release.

A search of that field yielded possible evidence of the disposal, although police did not say if they had found the girl’s body.

Police are asking that anyone with information to contact the Kenosha Police Department Detective Bureau at 262-605-5203. Callers that wish to remain anonymous can call Kenosha Area Crime Stoppers at 262-656-7333. Please refer to case number 2019-49527.
