Eau Claire County (WQOW) – A Ladysmith man, who was out of jail on bail, is facing 46 years in prison for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl at least six times in Eau Claire County.

Jason Weber, 19, was out on bond for another sexual assault case when these alleged incidents happened.

Now, Jason Weber is charged with repeated sexual assault of a child and felony bail jumping.

According to the criminal complaint, Weber inappropriately touched or had inappropriate contact with a 14-year-old on six different occasions this year.

The victim told authorities the incidents made her feel scared, sad, alone, unsafe and insecure.

In November 2018, News 18 reported Weber was charged with sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl. Weber was out of jail on a $2,500 signature bond when these latest alleged incidents happened.
