Eau Claire (WQOW) – We now have more details about the vice president’s visit to Eau Claire on Thursday.
Mike Pence will be arriving in Eau Claire around noon at the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport before holding a roundtable discussion at J&D Manufacturing in Altoona. There, he is slated to talk about the new U.S. – Mexico – Canada Trade Agreement which has yet to ratified by Congress.
Among the items in the deal – an increase in access for American dairy farmers to Canada’s market.
After his stop in Eau Claire, Pence is slated to make a stop at Fort McCoy before returning to Washington.
