UPDATE: Van packed with pies stolen from Bloomer cafe found in MN

UPDATE:
Bloomer (WQOW) – Donnie Stoik, owner of Main Stret Cafe in Bloomer, told News 18 the van was found in Otter County Minnesota which is close to the North Dakota border.

He said a suspect is in custody.


Bloomer (WQOW) — A local restaurant is asking for your help finding a stolen truck loaded with pies.

Donnie Stoik, the owner of Main Street Cafe in Bloomer, told News 18 that his van was locked when it was stolen from in front of his business on Monday. Stoik has contacted police and filed a report.

The vehicle is a 2007 white Chevy van with the license plate ‘PieGuy5’. Stoik said the back of the truck was loaded with pies that were going out for delivery in the morning. He said that staff will be coming in early on Tuesday to make the replacement pies.

Anyone with information is asked to contact law enforcement.
