FBI offers $5,000 reward for information leading to missing 2-year-old

Milwaukee (WQOW) – The FBI is now offering a $5,000 reward to anyone who has information that leads to missing two-year-old Noelani Robinson.

Robinson went missing earlier this week and was allegedly abducted by Dariaz Higgins. Higgins is also accused of killing Robinson’s mother.

Higgins was taken into custody on March 13, but the little girl is still missing.

Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales called Higgins “A cold-blooded killer.”

Morales said if whoever has Robinson releases her now, they will likely not face charges. If they continue holding her he said they will be charged at the fullest extent of the law.

Morales said the search for Robinson is now a nationwide search.
