Eau Claire (WQOW) – A pipe broke at the Eau Claire Holiday Inn on Owen Ayres Court dropping hundreds of gallons of water into the lobby. That is the hotel with Johnny’s Steakhouse on Eau Claire’s south side.

A hotel employee told News 18 they do not know what caused the pipe break and they are still working to clean up the mess.

A viewer, Scot Vaver, submitted the video above to News 18. He estimated more than 1,000 gallons of water dumped onto the floor.
