Michelle Mayer’s case has been dismissed because one of the victims was not able to testify. Our reporter in the courtroom said the victim said she needed a break and left.

Michelle Mayer was accused of allowing people to sexually assault two young children for years in exchange for money and drugs.

Judge Michael Schumacher dismissed the case with prejudice, meaning the state cannot re-file the charges later. He said Mayer would be found not guilty of all the charges against her.

She is released from all conditions of her bond.
