Eau Claire (WQOW) — A plea hearing has been scheduled for the rural Fall Creek man charged with two counts of first degree intentional homicide.
Wayne Price is charged in the 2017 shooting deaths of his sister Elizabeth Price and her boyfriend David Dishneau. Investigators found their bodies in a shallow grave on Price’s property. In addition to the murder charges, Price is also facing two felony counts of hiding a corpse, and a count of 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety.
A jury trial was scheduled to begin April 8, but court records show that a plea hearing was requested last week. That hearing will be Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at the Eau Claire County courthouse.
