Man accused of sexually assaulting 2 women with brain injuries found not competent

Jackson County (WQOW) – A former driver for Abby Vans accused of sexually assaulting two women with brain injuries has been found not competent following an examination.

The court did find, however, that Cory Olsen of Fairchild could regain competency.

He has been ordered to undergo out-patient treatment.

As News 18 has reported, two women who suffered traumatic brain injuries told police Olsen had sexual contact with them while driving for Abby Vans.

He faces four counts – including 2nd degree sexual assault. A future court date has yet to be set.
