Latest: Investigators receive 1,900+ tips, Jayme Closs still missing

Barron County (WQOW) — On Saturday, the Barron County Sheriff received more than 1,900 tips and investigators have closed 1,700 of them.

13-year-old Jayme Closs has been missing for 13 days now, after her parents, James and Denise Closs, were murdered in their home on October 15.

Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald continues to encourage the community to call in tips to 1-855-744-3879, or to jaymetips@co.barron.wi.us.

Sheriff Fitzgerald said keep those tips coming in, because he believes there is a tip out there that will break this case.
