Big names come to Wisconsin ahead of the midterm election

(WKOW) – There’s just a little more than two weeks before the midterm elections. Politicians from both sides of the aisle are doing some major last minute campaigning.

On Monday, Senator Bernie Sanders will be in Milwaukee. He’ll be campaigning for Senator Tammy Baldwin, Tony Evers and Randy Bryce. Sanders will later go to Kenosha for another rally for Bryce.

Later on this week, President Donald Trump and former President Barack Obama will both be in Wisconsin.

President Trump will be at a rally in Mosinee on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. President Barack Obama will be in Milwaukee on Friday. Both will be campaigning for their respective parties.

Governor Scott Walker and Tony Evers will face off in one more debate before the election. The debate will be in Milwaukee on Friday at 6 p.m.

27 News will broadcast the debate on Me-TV, channel 27.2. We will also stream it live on our Facebook page.
