New film being released based on Eau Claire’s well-known figures

Eau Claire (WQOW) – Characters based on prominent figures and performers in the Eau Claire community will be highlighted in a new film created by Peter Eaton, an Eau Claire native and filmmaker.

Eaton said he created the movie ‘Jaywalking’ because he wanted to make something that would be familiar to him and his community.

If you watch the film, you are likely to recognize former WQOW Sports Director Bob Bradovich and author Nickolas Butler.

Eaton said the movie is about friendship and finding your self-worth.

The film will be at the Downtown Micon Cinema on Friday, November 2 at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. and Saturday, November 3 at 8 p.m.
