Chippewa Falls parents charged after children’s hair tests positive for meth

Chippewa County (WQOW) – Two parents in Chippewa Falls are charged with child neglect after their children’s hair tested positive for methamphetamine.

If convicted of the three misdemeanors, Robert Ottman and Corrine Mueller could spend a little more than two years behind bars.

Court records show three children in their custody tested positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine. The youngest child is not yet two-years-old.
