Trial to begin Monday for murder suspect in Chippewa Falls

Chippewa Falls (WQOW) – Wednesday marked the final hearing for Jesse Lloyd, 23, who is charged with first-degree intentional homicide-party to a crime.

Lloyd is one of two men charged in the 2016 death of Kenneth Patterson. Patterson’s body was found, shot, on a front lawn near Lake Wissota.

Lloyd is expected to be wearing civilian clothing and a restraint that won’t be visible to the jury. The trial will begin Monday with opening statements after jury selection. Forty-five witnesses are expected to take the stand.
