Human Remains Found in Tomah

Tomah (WQOW)-The Tomah Police Department confirmed on their Facebook page that human skeletal remains were found in an undeveloped field in Tomah.

They were called to a field for the report of skeletal remains just before 11:30 p.m. Monday morning on the 700 block of Townline Avenue. Officers met with the reporting party who had found the remains on the property while inspecting power lines and tree growth. The skeletal remains were identified as human which now prompted a death investigation. The first step is to identify the person.

Weather Outlook: Warm front arrives late tomorrow, bringing rain

The low pressure system causing all of the severe weather in the plains will be heading our way. Currently, we’re north of the warm front and our temperatures have been cool as a result, especially overnight. The warm front will push north tomorrow, and we should stay dry for the most part, and still below average temperatures.
