Fire causes $200K in damage at Banbury Place

Eau Claire (WQOW) – Eau Claire fire crews are working to find out what caused an estimated $200,000 in damage at an Eau Claire business.

According to Eau Claire Fire and Rescue, crews were called to a fire at Dynamic Fabrication and Finishing inside Banbury Place Tuesday morning around 7:38.

When firefighters arrived, building 8 was evacuated and employees reported a fire in one of their machines inside the building.

Firefighters took apart the machine and put the fire out.

No injuries have been reported.
