UPDATE: Eau Claire man pleads guilty to filming female housemate

UPDATE:
Eau Claire (WQOW) – An Eau Claire man has pleaded guilty to using a hidden camera to record his female housemate.

Tyrell Neuenfeldt offered to let her live in his home after her home was destroyed in a fire. She went to police after finding a camera hidden behind a bathroom mirror.

She said she found at least 57 videos of her in the shower or using the bathroom.

Neuenfeldt was sentenced to two months of probation with six months in jail possible if he has an offense.


Eau Claire (WQOW) – An Eau Claire man was in court Wednesday on charges of using a hidden camera to record his female housemate.

According to the criminal complaint, the woman said Tyrell Neuenfeldt offered to let her live in his home after her home was destroyed in a fire last fall.

She came to police in March after finding a camera hidden behind a bathroom mirror.

She said she found at least 57 videos of her in the shower, or using the bathroom.

Neuenfeldt faces a felony charge that carries a 3.5 year possible prison sentence.

He returns to court in July.
