ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Ohio State standout defensive end Nick Bosa left the No. 4 Buckeyes’ game against No. 15 TCU with an injury Saturday night.
Bosa was sitting on the turf with his helmet off at the end of a play early in the third quarter. He laid down when medical trainers came out to check on him, and they looked at him momentarily before the All-America player got up and walked slowly to the bench. A few minutes later, he walked off the field toward the Ohio State locker room.
There was no immediate word on the nature or extent of Bosa’s injury.
In the first quarter, Bosa sacked TCU quarterback Shawn Robinson and caused a fumble in the end zone that was recovered by Davon Hamilton for a Buckeyes touchdown.
