Speakers include President Donald Trump and Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke, alongside Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf, former Pennsylvania Governor Mark Schweiker, and Families of Flight 93 President Gordon Felt * Memorial marks the site in Pennsylvania where the United Airlines flight was downed in a field in 2001 after militants linked to al-Qaida had already crashed planes into the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in Virginia. All 40 passengers and crew members were killed during an attempt to retake control of the plane from hijackers * A dedication ceremony for the final phase of the memorial, adding a 93-foot-tall tower and tubular metal wind chimes, one each for the 33 passengers and seven crew members who died, was held Sunday
