Chippewa Falls (ALICE IN ELDERLAND)- There is a new show coming to the Heye Center for the Arts titled, “Alice in Elderland”.

“Alice in Elderland” is a Coming of old-age story written by Deb Brown and will be presented by Eau Claire Women in Theater (ecWIT).

Aging positively and gracefully is the message of a poignant, hilarious locally-produced play that has received rave reviews. A 60-minute exploration of the delights and dilemmas of aging, Alice in Elderland features everyone’s favorite “Wonderland” characters humorously offering advice to the beloved Alice as she enters her golden years. Audiences consistently report the play touches their hearts while tickling their funny bones. Alice in Elderland is an original production of ecWIT, a troupe that presents dramatic readings of literature, plays and poetry. After the performance, stay for book and fine art craft shopping as well as Autumn Harvest wine and Woodworth Fine Toffee chocolate sampling.

Tickets are $15 for adults, $14 for seniors and $8 for youth. You are invited to join the cast on Saturday, January 19th at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday, January 20th at 2 p.m. at the Heye Center for the Arts.
