Virginia (CNN)- This double-headed snake will make you do a double take.
The rare, two-headed copperhead snake was found in a backyard in Woodbridge, Virginia. The Virginia Wildlife Management and Control posted video of the snake on social media. According to National Geographic, two-headed snakes develop the same as conjoined twins. Virginia Wildlife officials say the snake’s left head is the more dominant of the two. The snake is being monitored and is not currently available for public viewing. If it survives, it will likely be placed in an educational facility.
